Resto-AI can save up to 30% of a restaurant's budget by integrating marketing processes with inventory management. In many restaurants, marketers operate autonomously, separate from the kitchen and inventory management, blindly focusing on increasing visitor traffic through market engagement. What if we synchronize their strategies with the actual dynamics of the kitchen and stock? Our system overcomes this "non-communication," allowing for the adaptation of the menu to promote dishes using ingredients that are nearing expiration. This strategy not only minimizes waste but also ensures that ingredients due for disposal in the near future are used instead of being thrown away. Thus, we not only increase sales but also simultaneously reduce waste.
